I actually keep an online food journal (and exercise record) over at my old website. Not exactly interesting reading, but you can check it out here.
Update: As of March 2011, I’m now tracking my food (and activity/exercise) with Weight Watchers ETools.
I have never consistently kept a food journal before, but feel that it has been an important part of my success this time around the “weight loss block”. I also hope it will be one of the keys to my successful maintenance once I reach my goal. Though I am using Weight Watchers meetings for encouragement and accountability, I am not actually counting Points currently. (Nor have I ever, in fact.) I don’t count calories or fat either. I try to eat healthy and “clean” and in moderation. I think the journal helps me be aware of what I am eating and work to make good choices.
